Brothers: We all have to win

I think that planning is key as we have discussed. I think we all have to recognize that we live in a watershed and even though we have political boundaries, state boundaries, country boundaries, all of us rely on that watershed. I think if we come to the table with stakeholders, recognize that they have valid needs too, and figure out the best way all of us could try to win -- this is going to be key to managing water resources in the future. And I think that that is something that is beginning because the discussions are expanding to look at the environment, look at additional issues. Then I think in meeting water needs and meeting all needs, conservation becomes so key because if we are not maximizing the use of water for urban areas, agricultural areas, there is conservation that could happen there, we all have to be very efficient and that is the only way I think we are going to be able to meet everybody's needs.
