Liliam Lujan-Hickey
Regional chair of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Las Vegas; President of the USHCC Foundation

What are you doing to make changes? Who are you helping?

Everybody. Right now, I am helping here in Idaho. In Idaho, I am trying to establish a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce because there is a high percentage of wealthy Hispanic business people that themselves can help other business to become business owners. I don't want to be no more patrón, I want to be the owners. I want to teach all the Hispanics that if they learn the system of the United States, they can be as successful as I am. They can become successful entrepreneurs, and I am teaching that to the youths too--no more dropouts.
