What's your opinion on where Jarbidge stands? You've got a settlement right? Response
This is not an RS2477 thing? This settlement will supercede that, right? Response
How long do you think it will take to actually go in and do anything? Another year or so? Response
How do you think it ever spiraled to the point where it is? It's just such a heated argument? Response
I think they would take issue with having you say it's not important. You're saying that it's not a big deal, but there are people who use that road and travel on it every day. It's not a big tourist road, but at least 20 people live up there . . Response
What would have been the best resolution at this point? Just say, "Look, it's just not a very well-traveled road?" Response
Do you think they've been unreasonable? Response
They think they are the public . . I think what they'd say is that a lot of people who have never been out here are controlling the process. Response
Do you have these outbursts in other parts of the state? This is it, right? Response
And do you think there's a way to come to a conclusion on all of this? Can we all get along? Response
A lot of folks are saying, "Look how much the federal government controls through all of its agencies in the state of Nevada." You pointed out that the forest service only controls 8%. Response
A lot of the people in these outlying areas don't feel like they have much of a say . . they have a small say in the big picture. Do you think there's a way to put more local input into the process? Response
Do you ever feel like you're constricted from seeing the big picture, and maybe doing what the logical choice is? There's all those rules and restrictions . . does it ever get frustrating? Response
Do you think the forest is managed as best as it can be now? Response
Anything else you want to add? Response
